Capital companies

A corporation is a business, usually commercial, formed in reflection of the capital contributed by employees. This type of business is more expensive to set up. The liability of the shareholder is limited to the capital contribution.

Corporations are generally:

  • The Limited Liability Company (S.A.R.L.)
  • The Limited Company (S.A.)

About the limited liability company, the number of partners can be one person or a commercial company.
