Available Training Formats

We adapt our training to your organisational and geographical constraints. Four formats are available:

On-Site — At Your Premises in French-speaking Switzerland

This is the format we most often recommend for initial training sessions. The trainer comes to your offices, works directly on your Odoo instance and adapts examples to your real activity. Your teams are in their usual environment, which encourages immediate practical application. We travel throughout French-speaking Switzerland: Geneva, Lausanne, Fribourg, Sion, Neuchâtel, Delémont and surrounding areas.

Remote — Videoconference

Remote training is ideal for partially distributed teams, for post-training follow-up or for short sessions targeting a specific point. We use Teams, Zoom or Google Meet according to your preference. The trainer shares their screen and can take control of your Odoo session if necessary to illustrate a point.

At Our Geneva Offices

If you prefer to travel, you can follow your training at our Geneva premises. This option is particularly suitable for individual training or small groups (1 to 3 people). It allows full concentration, without the distractions of the everyday office.

Our Teaching Methodology

Practical Training on Your Own Data

We firmly believe in learning by doing. Unlike generic training on fictitious data, our sessions work on your Odoo instance, with your own accounts, your suppliers, your clients and your processes. If your instance is in production, we create a beforehand an identical test environment to allow free practice without risk.

This approach has several advantages: participants immediately recognise their work environment, examples are directly transferable and questions raised during training are relevant to real situations you encounter.

Concrete Exercises Adapted to Your Business

Each training includes practical exercises designed from concrete cases in your sector of activity. A consulting firm does not do the same exercises as a distribution company or a restaurant. We adapt pedagogical scenarios to your business reality to maximise learning transfer.

Each participant receives a complete set of educational materials at the end of training:

Post-Training Follow-Up Session

All our training sessions include a remote follow-up session, generally 3 to 4 weeks after the initial training. This one-to-two hour session allows questions that arose during real hands-on use to be answered, bad habits that may have formed to be corrected, and points requiring clarification to be consolidated.

The post-training follow-up is often the most valuable part of the teaching process: this is when real practical problems emerge and can be definitively resolved.
