Q: Do the prices include VAT?

No, all prices shown are exclusive of tax. VAT of 8.1% applies in addition. Ark Fiduciaire SA is subject to VAT.

Q: Can I change my plan during the year?

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Downgrading to a lower plan is possible at the end of each quarter with one month's notice.

Q: What happens if I exceed the number of entries in my plan?

Each additional entry is charged at CHF 1.- excl. tax. We notify you as you approach your plan's limit and suggest upgrading if it would be more cost-effective.

Q: Is there a minimum commitment period?

Our accounting plans have no minimum commitment. You can cancel with one month's notice effective at the end of the month. For company formation and one-off projects, the engagement ends upon delivery.

Q: Do you offer rates for associations?

Yes, we offer plans tailored to associations and foundations. Contact us for a personalised quote.
